LOUISVILLE, Ky. —A Louisville woman will not serve any prison time for killing a motorcyclist while driving drunk.

Candice Harris pleaded guilty to reckless homicide and DUI.

She hit 21-year-old Steven Hesler at Dixie Highway and Dixie Garden Drive last November.

She will be formally sentenced in June.

Under the agreement, Harris will not go to prison as long as she is not arrested again in the next five years.
