Thousands of people gathered in Delphi on Saturday to attend a motorcycle memorial ride for Abigail Williams and Liberty German.
Members of the community organized the ride to show support and raise money for the girls’ families. More than 4000 people rode with the group and hundreds more gathered to watch the ride.
People came from all over Indiana, Ohio, and even Chicago. Some of the people never met the girls and others knew their families.
The turnout far exceeded the expectations of the organizers, as the ride raised over $50,000 which was split between both families.
