Bikers Celebrate the Life of Marine Killed in Motorcycle Crash

More than 100 people gathered at The Leatherneck Club Sunday to remember the life of Caroline Rose, a U.S. marine killed on Saturday.

Caroline Rose used to love riding her motorcycle alongside her fellow marines. She died doing what she loved most.

On Sunday, her MC gathered for one final ride with a woman they’ll never forget.  Rose belonged to the Marine Riders, a motorcycle club for those who have served.

“She’d brighten up the room whenever she’d walk in. She always had a smile on her face. She was always there for anybody that needed anything,” said the president of the Marine Riders who’s known as “Big Boy”.

Rose was hit by a Toyota Passenger car around 1 a.m. on Saturday as she was exiting the I-15 on the Charleston eastbound ramp. Anyone who witnessed the crash is encouraged to call the Nevada Highway Patrol.
