The driver who rammed a motorcyclist off road in Sarasota has been arrested Tuesday night.
Magdiel Medrano-Bonilla, 30, identified as an illegal immigrant by the police, has been charged with operating a vehicle without a valid license and aggravated battery.
His pond is set to $20,000.

“He was following the story and he was doing everything he could to do destroy the evidence involved in this, which almost killed a motorcyclist,” said Sheriff Knight for ABC Action News.

Darin Hendrickson, the motorcyclist involved in the incident, suffered severe road rash, possible fractured ribs, and a hyperextended knee. His motorcycle is totaled.
