A Texas police officer has been pulled off the streets and put on administrative duties until an investigation about this video is completed.

The video appears to clearly show him making a suspicious act towards a large group of bikers.

The helmet camera footage shows officer W. Figueroa get out of his patrol car and spray the riders as they pass on a busy highway.

The police have told the Star-Telegram that many complaints have been received of riders blocking traffic, and, apparently this was the solution.
