The first Fuel Cleveland was organized in 2015 by Mikey Arnold. It was much more than your regular bike show, resembling a gallery exhibit with amazing, unique work of various artists, builders and photographers.

This year, Arnold and co-founders Tyler Malinky of Lowbrow and Jesse Basset of The GasBox continue to grow the event. Fuel Cleveland will be held noon to 8 p.m., Saturday, July 29, at its new location, Skidmark Garage, 5401 Hamilton Ave. (The warehouse location of Ingenuity Festival.)

The event is free and includes two dozen artists, over 20 vendors and over 90 bikes on display. With more than 2.000 attendees, the parking lot is going to become a massive motorcycle show on its own, for sure.

“It’s a lifestyle,” Arnold says for Cleveland.com. “Even if people aren’t into motorcycles, it’s still a good time. One of the goals is to have families come out and see the history of old vintage bikes. They may not know anything about them, but they look cool. Or to check out a crazy art piece on a fenders and tanks. Or to see photography that captures the soul of motorcycle riding.”

Work on display comes from around the world. Special guests include Oliver Peck, a tattoo judge on the television show “Ink Master,” who will also have a booth for his Cheap Thrill clothing line. Indian Larry Motorcycles, one of the biggest names in bikes, will also be featured.
