HOUSTON – A motorcycle crashed and caught fire on the Katy Freeway on Tuesday night in west Houston

According to the Houston Police Department, the crash happened around 9 p.m. on I-10 and Highway 6.

The bike burned to point that it disintegrated.

A witness told police the motorcyclist took off running. There is no confirmation of injuries at this time.
